NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene composite wear-reducing metal material, involves (1) selecting alloy powder, drying selected alloy powder, and cooling alloy powder, (2) grinding graphene, and sieving to remove large particles, (3) adding cooled alloy powder to screened graphene powder and mixing to form mixed powder, (4) determining three-dimensional solid model of wear-reducing metal material, and (5) evenly spreading obtained mixed powder on working platform of SLM equipment, vacuuming air in forming chamber, and filling inert gas, and when oxygen volume content of forming chamber is less than 0.1%, according to program file imported into SLM equipment and forming process parameters, starting selective melting using SLM equipment, melting each layer of mixed powder in selective area, lowering working platform of SLM equipment, laying next layer of mixed powder, continuing selective melting, and repeating process until anti-friction metal material is stacked and formed. USE - Preparation of graphene composite wear-reducing metal material using SLM technology, for use in additive manufacturing application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene composite wear-reducing metal material at one time, thereby simplifying the process, improving the yield of the material, and avoiding the waste products such as cracking during the processing process. The method has simple preparation technique, excellent wear resistance, and strong durability. The laser selective melting technology saves the repeated heating of the traditional technique, quenching process, material once forming, and simplifies the process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene composite wear-reducing metal material, involves (1) selecting alloy powder with particle size of 20-50 microm, and drying the selected alloy powder in drying oven at 100-150degreesC for 3 hours, and cooling alloy powder to room temperature for use, (2) grinding graphene into powder, and sieving the powder to 300-400 mesh to remove large particles, (3) adding cooled alloy powder to screened graphene powder and mixing to form mixed powder, where the ratio of graphene and alloy powder in mixed powder is 1:2-5, (4) determining the three-dimensional solid model of wear-reducing metal material, and slicing and layering the three-dimensional solid model through slicing software to obtain profile data of each section and filling the scanning path, thereby determining the program file and forming process parameters of SLM equipment, and importing the program file and the forming process parameters into SLM equipment, and (5) evenly spreading obtained mixed powder on working platform of SLM equipment, vacuuming air in forming chamber, and filling inert gas, and when oxygen volume content of forming chamber is less than 0.1%, according to program file imported into SLM equipment and forming process parameters, starting selective melting using SLM equipment, melting each layer of mixed powder in selective area, lowering working platform of SLM equipment by one layer thickness, laying next layer of mixed powder, continuing selective melting, and repeating the process until anti-friction metal material is stacked and formed.
