▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disilicide-three-dimensional graphene complex material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide aqueous solution, (ii) preparing three-dimensional graphene hydrogel, (iii) drying three-dimensional graphene hydrogel to obtain three-dimensional graphene foam, (iv) filling the mixture of micron molybdenum disilicide, micron silicon dioxide and micron boric acid in the three-dimensional graphene pores, and (v) sintering the complex obtained in the step (iv) in an inert atmosphere. USE - The complex material is useful in a wave absorbing material or a stealth material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The obtained complex material has excellent mechanical properties and wave absorbing properties.
