▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A multilayer film of graphene oxide-polymer microgel is formed by alternately depositing polymer microgel and graphene oxide on a quartz sheet or silicon wafer substrate by layer-by-layer self-assembly. USE - Multilayer film of graphene oxide-polymer microgel used as adsorbent for removal of dye e.g. anionic dye, cationic dye and nonionic dye in wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multilayer film of graphene oxide-polymer microgel can be recycled and reused after being desorbed, ensures rapid release of adsorbed dye after soaking in aqueous sodium chloride solution, does not cause secondary pollution to the environment when removing pollutants, and is economically prepared by environmentally-friendly and simple method under mild reaction conditions with high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of multilayer film of graphene oxide-polymer microgel, which involves (s1) soaking the quartz sheet or silicon wafer substrate into a piranha solution, heating until no bubbles are released, and washing with a large amount of water, and (s2) performing self-assembly process using a programmable self-assembly instrument. The self-assembling method involves immersing the quartz sheet or silicon wafer substrate into a polymer microgel aqueous solution and a graphene oxide aqueous solution at a constant dipping rate, keeping in the solution, taking out the substrate deposited with graphene oxide and polymer microgel from the solution at a fixed control rate, washing with deionized water, and repeating the above depositing steps in a cyclic manner to obtain the required number of deposition layers.
