▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-power density ultrasonic vibration device comprises five ultrasonic vibrating heads mounted on five faces of a shaped vibrating bath. Separating the graphite to graphene layer in the liquid phase using the high power density ultrasonic vibrating device comprises dispersing graphite powder in a solvent, separating the graphite layer into graphene by means of super vibrating device, and finally cleaning the resulting graphene product. USE - The high-power density ultrasonic vibration device is useful for improving the efficiency of separating the graphite to graphene layer in the liquid phase. ADVANTAGE - The high-power density ultrasonic vibration device utilizes cube with a small size equal to or equivalent to the size of the ultrasonic vibrator to create the maximum power density for the device, thus improving the efficiency of separating the graphite layer into graphene in the liquid phase.
