NOVELTY - The method involves placing particles of porous graphene, suspended in a liquid transparent to light, in a closed, fully or partially transparent vessel, with an atmosphere containing oxygen above the surface of the liquid. A light source illuminates the graphene particles, and as a result of the absorption of light energy by the graphene particles, electrons are emitted from their surface to the liquid, causing photolysis reactions of liquid particles with the release of hydrogen particles. The hydrogen particles, after moving to the surface of the liquid, combine with oxygen in the atmosphere above the liquid, and as a result the vessel receives a force lifting the vessel vertically upwards, giving it a movement in the direction of illumination.
