NOVELTY - Preparing graphene functional lubricating oil comprises e.g. (i) dissolving zinc acetate and thioacetamide in water to prepare solution, (ii) mixing zinc acetate solution and thioacetamide solution with dialkyl dithiophosphate and hydrazine hydrate, separating precipitation, and drying, (iii) taking nano-graphene, nano-molybdenum disulfide and nano-borate, and mixing with a coupling agent, and (iv) adding the modified dialkyl dithiophosphate zinc sulfate and coupling agent modified nano-composite powder to base oil, high-speed stirring and recovering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene functional lubricating oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil has excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties, high load carrying capacity and surface repairing function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene functional lubricating oil comprises (i) taking zinc acetate and thioacetamide, and separately dissolving in water to prepare solution, (ii) mixing zinc acetate solution and thioacetamide solution with dialkyl dithiophosphate and hydrazine hydrate, reacting, precipitating, separating the resulting precipite, washing, and drying to obtain modified dialkyl dithiophosphate zinc sulfate, where the mol ratio of the zinc acetate, thioacetamide and dialkyl phosphorodithioate is 1:1-4:3-6, (iii) taking nano-graphene, nano-molybdenum disulfide and nano-borate, mixing with a coupling agent to obtain coupling agent modified nano-composite powder, where the weight ratio of the nano-graphene, nano-molybdenum disulfide and nano-borate is 1-2:1:1-4, the content of the coupling agent is 0.6- 0.9 wt.% of the nano-graphene, nano molybdenum disulfide and nano-borate, and (iv) adding the modified dialkyl dithiophosphate zinc sulfate to 0.9-1.8 wt.% base oil, and then adding the coupling agent modified nano-composite powder to 0.6-1.2 wt.% base oil, high-speed stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, and then recovering to room temperature to obtain graphene functional lubricating oil.
