NOVELTY - Graphene-based and solid waste of permeable brick comprises 5-30 wt.% municipal sludge, 5-20 wt.% urban waste, 5-20 wt.% building waste, 15-45 wt.% fly ash, 0.05-10 wt.% non-metal tailings, 0.05-10 wt.% graphite, 0-10 wt.% bentonite, 5-30 wt.% water glass, 3-10 wt.% pore-forming agent, 0.5-2 wt.% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 0-5 wt.% pigment. USE - Graphene-based and solid waste of permeable brick. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based and solid waste of permeable brick is eco-friendly, has high intensity, high temperature resistance, high wear resistance performance, and promotes the development of the industry, regional economic and urbanization construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based and solid waste of permeable brick, which involves: (A) weighing material, subjecting city sludge to make water content reach 55-70%; (B) crushing city waste and construction waste, pelleting, where particle size is 40-200 meshes; (C) grinding non-tail ore and processing to obtain grain size of 200-325 meshes tailings powder; (D) mixing processed municipal sludge, fly ash, bentonite, stirring uniformly, then adding municipal waste, construction waste, tail ore powder, mixing, adding graphene, pore-forming agent, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material; (E) subjecting mixed material into hydraulic type or squeezing type brick; (F) drying brick blank by naturally drying or using heat of kiln furnace, putting brick blank until moisture content is reduced to less than 6%; and (G) sintering dried brick blank into calcining kiln, raising temperature to 950-1150 degrees C for 1-4 hours, and then cooling in furnace to obtain permeable brick product.
