NOVELTY - Preparing a boron-doped graphene, comprises: adding graphite oxide to a reactor, introducing an inert gas and a mixed gas of boron trichloride into the reactor at an inert atmosphere at a volume ratio of 1.25-5:5 and a frequency of 4-7.5x 1014 Hz; laser irradiating the mixture for 10-30 seconds, where the irradiating step is repeated for each 30-60 seconds; and reacting the mixture of the graphite oxide and the boron trichloride to obtain the boron-doped graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing a boron-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simply, conveniently and economically prepares the boron-doped graphene with high yield.
