▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified sludge activated carbon involves using sludge particles, charring agents and binders as raw material. The raw materials are mixed, the carbonized material is obtained through carbonization treatment. The carbonization treatment is carried out in an inert gas environment, the carbonization temperature is 600-800℃, the carbonization heating temperature is 3-10℃/minutes for 0.5-3 hours. The carbonized material and graphene oxide are uniformly mixed at a mass ratio of 1:(0.01-0.1), centrifuged for solid-liquid separation, and the solid product is dried to a product. USE - Method for preparing modified sludge activated carbon used for desulfurization and denitrification, VOCs (volatile organic compounds) gas adsorption, heavy metal ion adsorption in sewage, and soil management field (claimed), and for toluene gas adsorption field. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which has large specific surface area, effect of sludge recycling, good adsorption performance, market competitiveness, expands the application range of the biological carbon material, reaches the purpose of treating waste by waste, in cost-effective manner.
