NOVELTY - A zirconium tanning agent/graphene oxide nanocomposite tanning agent comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide nanosheet suspending liquid, 30-40 pts. wt. zirconium sulfate, 10-20 pts. wt. dispersant and 80-100 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Zirconium tanning agent/graphene oxide nanocomposite tanning agent. ADVANTAGE - The agent has solid dosage tare of 5%, tanned leather shrink temperature of 111 degrees C, absorption rate of 96%, graphene oxide yield of 99%, and good tanned leather flexibility, elasticity and fullness character. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of zirconium tanning agent/graphene oxide nanocomposite tanning agent comprising stirring graphene oxide nanosheet and zirconium sulfate, regulating pH to 1.0-2.0, heating at 55-65 degrees C, adding dispersant, keeping reaction temperature for 1-2 hours, cooling to 30-40 degrees C, basifying by regulating pH value to 3.5-4.0, and ultrasonic wave dispersing for 0.5-1.0 hour to obtain product.
