NOVELTY - A graphene-oxide reducing agent comprises a reducing agent with a halogen element, and acid. The acidity of the acid is weaker than that of the reducing agent. The reducing agent with the halogen element is hydrogen iodide. USE - Reducing agent is used for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide (claimed) for use in conductive materials, semiconductors, and insulators. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of reduced graphene oxide, which involves reacting graphene oxide and reducing agent.
