USE - Plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has excellent thermal conductivity due to the synergistic effect the various raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of plastic, which involves putting (1) polycarbonate, polyhexamethylene diamine, and polyolefin elastomer into a mechanical ball mill, adding calcium carbonate, silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, graphene, diamond micro powder, silane coupling agent, polyethylene glycol, performing ball milling for 1-2 hours, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixture (A), adding (2) the glass I fiber to the mixture (A), heating the microwave for 3-5 minutes, microwave power 800-1000 W, and adding 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide after cooling, stirring at a speed of 800-1000 rpm for 10-15 minutes to obtain a mixture (B), adding (3) 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and calcium stearate, stirring uniformly, and drying to obtain mixture (B). performing cold pressing at room temperature with cold pressing pressure of 100-150kg/cm2, for 10-20 minutes after the material is sent into the mold, discharging to obtain plastic embryo, irradiating (4) plastic embryo with ultraviolet rays having a strength of 150-300 mu W/cm2 for 3-5 minutes.
