▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite silicon molecular sieve catalyst, comprises (i) mixing organosilicon compound, quaternary ammonium template and water, and performing hydrolysis reaction, distillation, and crystallization reaction in sequence to obtain a solid-liquid mixture, (ii) adjusting the solid-liquid mixture to neutral or alkaline, and filtering to obtain a filter cake and a filtrate, (iii) performing first calcination on the filter cake to obtain solid material, (iv) mixing the calcined solid material with graphene oxide, organic amine and solvent, performing composite modification treatment, and separating the solid and liquid to obtain modified solid material and liquid phase, and (iv) performing second calcination on the modified solid material to obtain final product. USE - The composite silicon molecular sieve catalyst is useful in preparing caprolactam by catalyzing cyclohexanone oxime (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite silicon molecular sieve catalyst: has high selectivity, long operating life, and low energy consumption. The method: is suitable for industrial production.
