NOVELTY - A composite graphene masterbatch is obtained by polymerizing graphite powder as main raw material and graphite powder peel graphene microchip enclosed in three-dimensional porous inorganic pore and forming composite having network structure. The masterbatch comprises 50-60 pts. wt. graphite, 20-30 pts. wt. three-dimensional porous inorganic compound, 2-3 pts. wt. dimer fatty acid, 2-4 pts. wt. diamine monomer and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. monoisocyanate. The diamine monomer comprises hexamethylene diamine and/or 1,4-butanediamine. USE - Composite graphene masterbatch is used for cooling microchip, high-load rubber tire, high-vibration fastener, plastic electronic component and light-emitting diode lamp housing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite graphene masterbatch has excellent storage stability. The product formed using the composite graphene masterbatch has excellent defect resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite graphene masterbatch is obtained by polymerizing graphite powder as main raw material and graphite powder peel graphene microchip enclosed in three-dimensional porous inorganic pore and forming composite having network structure. The masterbatch comprises 50-60 pts. wt. graphite, 20-30 pts. wt. three-dimensional porous inorganic compound, 2-3 pts. wt. dimer fatty acid, 2-4 pts. wt. diamine monomer and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. monoisocyanate. The graphite powder comprises flake graphite, expanded graphite, highly-oriented graphite and/or pyrolytic graphite. The three-dimensional porous inorganic compound has three-dimensional structure, particle size of 5-12 mu m, pore size of 20-50 nm and comprising boron nitride, zinc oxide and/or silica. The diamine monomer comprises hexamethylene diamine and/or 1,4-butanediamine.
