▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) phase-change hydrogel comprises carboxymethyl cellulose, water, dispersant, water retaining agent, phase change agent, nucleating agent, functional additives and crosslinking agent. USE - The carboxymethyl cellulose phase-change hydrogel is useful for temperature-stable crops. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation, utilizes raw materials which are easy-to-obtain, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, economical and suitable for facility gardening applications. The phase change temperature meets the temperature requirements of temperature-loving crops, the material form is always in a colloidal state before and after the phase change, and the advantages of less leakage and phase separation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the CMC phase change hydrogel comprising (i) using anhydrous ethanol adding CMC to prepare CMC dispersion liquid, (ii) quickly adding half amount of water and continuously stirring, and preparing CMC hydrogel, (iii) adding phase change agent, nucleating agent, functional additive, water retaining agent and semi-water more than 50℃ water bath, and continuously stirring, until all the reagent are mixed uniformly without agglomerant or particles, (iv) moving into the ice water bath and continuously stirring until the hydrogel does not stick to the cup wall of the cup, (v) centrifuging and defoaming at 2500 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 5 minutes, and (vi) de-foaming hydrogel into the pre-soaked by aluminum sulfate in the mold for primary shaping, transferring into the culture dish using soaked aluminum sulfate solution of gauze for 5-5 mm, the hydrogel surface cross-linking shaping.
