▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing selenide, molybdenum/carbon nano-fiber/graphene composites, comprises (i) continuously stirring polyacrylonitrile powder added into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent; (ii) carrying out electrostatic spinning; (iii) pre-oxidizing; (iv) soaking the resulting pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber membrane in graphene oxide solution; (v) carrying out high temperature carbonization; (vi) adding selenium powder into the solution of hydrazine hydrate; (vii) dissolving selenium powder dispersions and molybdate in an organic solvent,; and (viii) carrying out solvothermal reaction. USE - The composites are useful in high-performance electro-catalytic material, lithium ion battery and solar cell electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has controllable shape, high surface area ratio and good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing selenide, molybdenum/carbon nano-fiber/graphene composites, comprises (i) continuously stirring polyacrylonitrile powder added into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, to obtain uniform viscous dispersion liquid; (ii) carrying out electrostatic spinning of resulting viscous dispersion liquid, to obtain polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber membrane; (iii) pre-oxidizing polyacrylonitrile spinning film in presence of air, to obtain pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber membrane; (iv) soaking the resulting pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber membrane in graphene oxide solution, to obtain polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber/graphene oxide composite membrane; (v) carrying out high temperature carbonization of resulting polyacrylonitrile nano-fiber/graphene composite film in presence of inert gas, to obtain carbon nano-fiber/graphene composite membrane; (vi) adding selenium powder into the solution of hydrazine hydrate, continuing to stir, heating, until temperature is stable, to obtain selenium powder dispersion liquid; (vii) dissolving selenium powder dispersions and molybdate in an organic solvent, continuing to stir, to obtain homogeneous salt solution; and (viii) carrying out solvothermal reaction of homogeneous salt solution with carbon nano-fiber/graphene composite membrane, to obtain the final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for selenide, molybdenum, carbon nano-fiber or graphene composites, prepared as mentioned above.
