▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing graphene nano-ribbons comprises (i) providing a substrate; (ii) coating the graphene precursor on the substrate, and curing the graphene precursor coating; and (iii) forming light and dark stripes on the graphene precursor coating by laser interference, and converting the graphene precursor coating into graphene at light stripes. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene nano-ribbons. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes large-area in-situ preparation of graphene nano-ribbons. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene nano- ribbons obtained by the above method.
