▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production (100) of dispersible nanographene or graphene oxide platelet material involves oxidizing (105) graphite by reacting with an oxidizing agent to form a solution, terminating oxidation by dispersing (110) the solution in diluted hydrogen peroxide having a concentration of 3-5 (volume/volume)% to form a graphite oxide suspension mixture, washing (115) the suspension mixture with an additive, repeatedly washing the suspension mixture with distilled water to remove chloride ions from the suspension mixture by decantation and centrifuging a supernatant at 4000-6000 rpm for 10-15 minutes to form a final product, vacuum-drying (120) the final product at a temperature of 80-100 degrees C and at a pressure of 60-70 mm mercury, exfoliating layers of graphene from the final product to obtain a dry powder of a single layer graphene oxide, and grinding (125) the single layer graphene oxide to a fine nanographene material. USE - Production of dispersible nanographene or graphene oxide platelet material used as nanofiller in nanocomposite application, and for electroconductive polymer, ink and supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy, efficient and large-scale production of dispersible nanographene or graphene oxide platelet material having improved mechanical property, thermal property and electrical property. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of the production of dispersible nanographene or graphene oxide platelet material.
