▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Epoxy-based thermally conductive adhesive comprises 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-7 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-4 pts. wt. diluent, 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst and 8-12 pts. wt. modified filler. The preparation of modified filler comprises (i) placing silver-copper coated powder into 60cobalt-~c-ray irradiation box, irradiating for 15-20 minutes, taking out, and controlling the total dose of irradiation during the irradiation treatment to 4-5kGy; (ii) mixing treated silver-copper coated powder with silane coupling agent, sodium pyrophosphate, and deionized water; (iii) immersing glass sheet in mixed solution for 50-60 minutes, taking out, and cleaning to obtain modified glass sheet; and (iv) immersing modified glass sheet into single-layer graphene solution, ultrasonically treating for 8-10 minutes and taking out, vacuum drying modified glass sheet, peeling and crushing. USE - Used as epoxy-based thermally conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has good heat conducting effect, and strong stability. The method is simple and has easy popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Epoxy-based thermally conductive adhesive comprises 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-7 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-4 pts. wt. diluent, 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst and 8-12 pts. wt. modified filler. The preparation of modified filler comprises (i) placing silver-copper coated powder into 60cobalt-~c-ray irradiation box, irradiating for 15-20 minutes, taking out, and controlling the total dose of irradiation during the irradiation treatment to 4-5kGy; (ii) mixing treated silver-copper coated powder with silane coupling agent, sodium pyrophosphate, and deionized water in weight ratio corresponding to 5-8:20-25:3-6:90-100 to obtain mixed solution; (iii) immersing glass sheet in mixed solution for 50-60 minutes, taking out, and cleaning to obtain modified glass sheet; and (iv) immersing modified glass sheet into single-layer graphene solution, ultrasonically treating for 8-10 minutes and taking out, vacuum drying modified glass sheet, peeling and crushing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adhesive, comprises mixing the epoxy resin and modified filler, heating to 60-65degrees Celsius, vacuumizing and degassing, simultaneously continuously stirring and mixing, cooling to 22-24degrees Celsius, adding curing agent, plasticizer, diluent, flame retardant, and catalyst and stirring uniformly.
