▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite heat-transfer material (1) comprises a carbonaceous component comprising a carbonaceous material (10) and a metal component (20) bonded to the surface of the carbonaceous component. The metal component comprises a metal comprising an aluminum alloy or a magnesium alloy. At least a portion of the joint surface of the carbonaceous component with the metal component is amorphized. USE - Composite heat-transfer material used as thermally-conductive material in electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The composite heat-transfer material has excellent thermal conductivity, and efficiently conduct heat by suppressing the thermal resistance at the interface between the carbonaceous component and the metal component to a low level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite heat-transfer material, which involves (i) amorphizing the carbon crystals on the surface by irradiating the surface of the carbonaceous component comprising carbonaceous material with a laser, (ii) laminating the laser-irradiated carbonaceous component and the metal component, and (iii) joining the carbonaceous component and the metal component at 350 degrees C to a melting point of the metal of plus minus 100 degrees C and pressure of 1-50 MPa. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of the composite heat-transfer material.
