NOVELTY - Preparation of high heat-conducting graphite/graphene/copper composite material comprises adding copper powder into polymethyl methacrylate solution, fully stirring, centrifugally separating copper powder, drying, putting in quartz tube type furnace with hydrogen as reaction gas and argon gas as protective gas, adjusting gas flow rates, reaction temperature and reaction time, in-situ growing graphene on surface of copper powder to obtain graphene/copper composite powder, high-shear uniform mixing with flake graphite in ethanol solution, filtering, drying, and hot pressing or spark plasma sintering. USE - Method for preparing high heat-conducting graphite/graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can greatly increase vertical plane thermal conductivity of material.
