▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphite material comprising (i) crushing petroleum coke once and milling the crushed petroleum coke into powder, mixing powder with graphite powder, and dry pressing the mixture, (ii) calcining compact block (iii) crushing and milling the calcined block, mixing the first mixture powder with asphalt, heating and wet mixing and pressing the paste into a rod; (iv) graphitizing the rod using a graphitization furnace (v) crushing and milling the cooled and calcined rod into a second mixture powder, adding the second mixture powder into a concentrated acid solution, and adding an intercalating agent for treatment, taking nano graphite powder and acid washing, adding the acid-washed nano graphite powder into the concentrated acid solution and taking it out together with the completion of the intercalation reaction of the second mixture powder, (vi) filtering the reaction product to obtain solid, washing the solid with deionized water until the pH value is 6.2-6.9, and drying. USE - Preparation method of graphite material for battery e.g. lithium ion battery used as energy storage structure in energy vehicle and portable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphite material has more stable overall performance, when applied in the battery, it can effectively relieve the lamination phenomenon of the graphite, it is better for improving the capacity density of the battery; and the charging and discharging performance of battery is ensured. The method is simple, the cost is low, the surface is easy to update, and the residual current is small.
