NOVELTY - The heating plate has an adjusting screw rod (7), a base material layer (6), a graphene heating film (4), an anti-cracking net (3), an anti-cracking mortar layer (2) and a waterproof layer (1) sequentially arranged from a bottom side to a top side. The graphene heating film is adhered on the base material layer. The anti-cracking net is placed in the anti-cracking mortar layer. The waterproof layer is coated on the anti-cracking mortar layer, where the base material layer is selected a foaming ceramic plate, a material between the graphene heating film and the base material layer is selected as a dual-component organic glue, the anti-cracking net is selected as a glass fiber net or a metal net, and an edge-folding strip (5) is selected as an aluminum alloy edge-folding strip. USE - Assembled graphene floor heating plate for use in building construction field. Uses include but are not limited to optical, electrical, mechanical, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery fields. ADVANTAGE - The heating plate has high heating efficiency, and better water-proof and heat preservation effect, and is crack-free. The nut is pre-embedded at the bottom unit of the foaming ceramic plate in producing process of the foaming ceramic plate, where the adjusting screw rod and the nut are connected to realize quick leveling to adjust spiral screw, so that the mounting efficiency of the floor heating plate is greatly improved, thus saving lot of manpower and material resources, and ensuring large scale value of popularization and application.
