NOVELTY - A graphene/sulfur/electric conduction polymer composite material preparing method involves mixing elemental sulfur and graphene, subjecting isostatic fusion of elemental sulfur with graphene mixture powder in rubber mold, pressurizing, heating and cooling. The block is coated using universal crusher, added with hydrochloric acid, dispersed. The suspension is added with polymer monomer, dispersed and supplemented with ice-water bath, followed by dissolving ammonium persulfate in hydrochloric acid, adding the solution dropwise in reaction system and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/sulfur/electric conduction polymer composite material for use in lithium-sulfur battery anode electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing composite material with increased efficiency of charging and discharging and improved circulation performance of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/sulfur/electric conduction polymer composite material preparing method involves mixing elemental sulfur and graphene mechanically in a high-speed mixer at a speed of 500-5000 rpm for 1-4 hours for dispersing elemental sulfur uniformly inside the graphene sheet, subjecting isostatic fusion of elemental sulfur with graphene mixture powder in rubber mold by using pressure molding machine, performing high frequency electromagnetic vibration for obtaining dense powder, sealing after vacuumizing, discharging powder particles between air, putting into a high pressure container provided with a water or oil, pressurizing with 100-200 MPa, heating at 150-200 degrees C, cooling to room temperature after pressing into block. The block is coated using universal crusher after crushing, added with 0.5-1 M hydrochloric acid, dispersed ultrasonically for 10-50 minutes and placed in ice-water bath to form a suspension. The suspension is added with polymer monomer, dispersed ultrasonically for 10-50 minutes and supplemented with ice-water bath, followed by dissolving initiator ammonium persulfate in 0.5-1 M hydrochloric acid to obtain solution, adding the solution dropwise in reaction system for 10-50 minutes and drying to obtain the finished product.
