NOVELTY - A conducting film comprises graphene and/or graphene oxide and/or their derivatives and a compound having sulfonic acid group and/or its derivatives. The conducting film has a volume resistivity of 1x 104 Omega .cm or less. USE - Conducting film is used as coating material, layered portion and sheet, used in antistatic film and plastic. Can also be used as antistatic coating, solid electrolyte for capacitors, heat radiation of electronic devices and mobile devices. ADVANTAGE - The film has high thermal conductivity, film formability and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for producing conducting film, which involves preparing dispersion by dissolving graphene, graphene oxide and/or their derivatives and the compound having sulfonic acid group and/or its derivatives in a dispersion medium, applying the dispersion on a substrate and drying.
