NOVELTY - Method for uniformly loading micro-nano particles into graphene involves (i) preparing an inorganic substance to be loaded into inorganic microsphere grinding medium, (ii) mixing graphite raw material with the inorganic microspheres to obtain mixture (A), (iii) adding mixture (A) to ball mill at a low-speed, subjecting the mixture (A) to rolling friction in the ball mill tank, transferring the graphene from the surface of the graphite material to the inorganic microspheres grinding medium in the friction process, uniformly attaching the micro-nano particles of the inorganic microsphere grinding medium on the surface of the graphene to obtain mixture (B), (iv) sieving the inorganic microspheres coated with graphene the mixture (B), (v) adding inorganic microspheres coated with graphene to solvent, ultrasonically processing to separate graphene from inorganic microspheres, and (vi) separating the inorganic microspheres grinding medium from the liquid to obtain the dispersion of graphene. USE - Method for uniformly loading micro-nano particles into graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables uniformly loading micro-nano particles into graphene which has physical process, no chemical reaction, simple process, excellent product quality, short production cycle and high production efficiency is economical, avoids subsequent reduction reaction required by using graphene oxide, and is suitable for industrial production.
