NOVELTY - Nano carbon fiber composite water purification material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. activated carbon cellulose, 6-10 pts. wt. lemon powder, 6-10 pts. wt. black fungus powder and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as nano carbon fiber composite water purification material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high nano porosity, strong adsorption capacity and long service life, filtering heavy metal functions, scale inhibition, bactericidal and antioxidation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing nano carbon fiber composite water purification material, comprising subjecting activated carbon cellulose, lemon powder, black fungus powder, and graphene oxide to grinding treatment and sieving through 100-200 meshes separately, mixing activated amount of activated carbon cellulose, lemon powder, black fungus powder and graphene oxide; (2) filter element, comprising filter cartridge body, the filter cartridge body comprising a plastic skeleton and a flat membrane coated on an outer surface of the plastic skeleton, the plastic skeleton is provided with a plurality of water passing holes, and the outer surface of the flat film is adhered with the nano carbon fiber composite water purifying material; and (3) manufacturing filter element, comprising mixing the carbon nanofiber composite water purification material with water to obtain a slurry, where the amount of water is 50-60% of the total weight of the nano carbon fiber composite water purification material, providing main body of the filter element by a plastic skeleton and a flat membrane, and coating the flat membrane on the outer surface of the plastic skeleton to obtain a filter main body, providing a wet centrifugal molding device, where the wet centrifugal molding device comprising a vacuuming device, a molding chamber, a positioning frame disposed in the molding chamber, and a rotating device on the positioning frame, connecting vacuuming port of the vacuuming device to the inner cavity of the molding chamber through a pipe, mounting filter body on the rotating device, pumping the slurry into molding chamber by vacuuming device, rotating device drives the main body of the filter element to perform high-speed centrifugal rotation, uniformly attaching slurry to the outer surface of the flat membrane of the filter main body in the double action of vacuum adsorption and centrifugal rotation to obtain semi-finished product, sequentially centrifuging filter semi-finished product, drying and removing moisture of the semi-finished product of the filter element completely.
