▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a lubricating oil additive involves: (1) taking 20-30 pts. wt. base lubricating oil, 5-12 pts. wt. nano-iron oxide, 1-6 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 10-18 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide, 9-15 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. nano magnesium hydroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. modified attapulgite clay, 1-3 pts. wt. rust inhibitor and 2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent; (2) adding lubricating oil and fluorinated graphene to a reaction vessel, stirring and reacting to obtain a product (a1); (3) ball milling nano-iron oxide, nano-aluminum oxide, nano-silicon dioxide and nano-magnesium hydroxide for 3-4 hours to obtain a mixture (a2); (4) adding the mixture (a2) and modified attapulgite clay to the product (a1), stirring and mixing, then placing in a shearing machine, shearing and dispersing to obtain a mixture (a3); and (5) adding rust inhibitor and antifoaming agent to the mixture (a3), mixing uniformly and dispersing the mixture under ultrasonic conditions for 30-40 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing a lubricating oil additive. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and safe preparation of the lubricating oil additive with excellent abrasion resistance, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, rust resistance and antibacterial resistance in an environmentally-friendly manner.
