NOVELTY - A pre-dispersed masterbatch of vulcanized resin comprises 40-50 pts. wt. sulfurized phenolic resin, 2-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-15 pts. wt. inorganic calcium, 15-30 pts. wt. masterbatch carrier, 10-30 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 15-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 8-12 pts. wt. glycerin, 2-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 6-10 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 10-20 pts. wt. polymethylmethacrylate, 6-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol and 10-14 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - Pre-dispersed masterbatch of vulcanized resin used for tire capsule. ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized resin has excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, flex resistance and alkali resistance. The preparation of vulcanized resin is simple, environmentally-friendly and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the masterbatch of vulcanized resin, which involves stirring phenolic resin, dispersant, inorganic calcium, masterbatch carrier, dibutyl phthalate, carbon black, glycerin, stearic acid, polyethylene wax, magnesium stearate, polymethylmethacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol and modified graphene at 300-340 rpm for 20 minutes to obtain mixture, adding into oxygen-free dehydration tank for dehydration treatment, heating at 80-100 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, adding to the internal mixer, mixing at 140-160 degrees C for 100-130 minutes to obtain rubber compound, extruding and cooling for 300-340 minutes, pressing the rubber into strip through three-roll mill, granulating, counting and packing.
