NOVELTY - Alloy comprises 0.05-1.5 wt.% chromium, 0.05-0.5 wt.% zirconium, 0.05-0.15 wt.% magnesium, 0.05-0.6 wt.% scandium, 0.05-1.8 wt.% oxidized graphene and copper (remaining amount). USE - The alloy is useful in an electrode cap (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alloy has strong anti-burning ability and stable spot welding head quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the alloy, comprising taking copper, chromium, zirconium, magnesium, scandium element, oxidized graphene, through vacuum melting-casting to obtain casting blank, (ii) performing a homogenization treatment, hot extrusion to obtain the rod blank, (iii) taking the prepared rod blank for solid solution treatment, (iv) the bar by solid solution treatment for cold deformation processing, and (v) processing the cold deformation obtained by carrying out aging treatment.
