▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hybrid graphene material comprises micronized graphite, carbon activated and nanocarbon materials, where the union between graphene materials and activated carbon is through surface forces. USE - Hybrid graphene material used for manufacturing filters of substances from any tobacco product, preferably cigarettes, industrial processes, internal combustion engines or chemical processes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hybrid graphene material provides filter which is able to totally or partially retain polyaromatic hydrocarbons, carbonyl and other compounds from smoke from tobacco products or industrial processes, which has activated carbon and graphene materials as adsorbent substances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing hybrid graphene material, which involves micronizing graphite by using liquid phase pointer sonication, synthesizing nanocarbon materials, such as graphene and sheets of graphene by modified hummer method or by surfactant-assisted liquid phase exfoliation using a rotor-stator or sonicator, reducing the obtained graphene oxide, incorporating activated carbon to a suspension of nanocarbon materials, separating and drying the hybrid carbonaceous material previously, and then incorporating hybrid material obtained in a porous polymeric matrix with the appropriate morphology according to the application for manufacturing final filter hybrid material; and (2) a filter for retaining all or portion of polyaromatic hydrocarbons, carbonyls and other compounds in the smoke of tobacco products, such as cigarettes, pipes, water pipes, electronic cigarettes and products that heat tobacco, but do not burn it and any other smoke-emitting device or fumes, which comprises graphene materials associated with activated carbon in the same compartment, both supported by the same matrix forming a structural unit.
