NOVELTY - A wear-resistant highly adhesive environment-friendly aqueous paint comprises 55-58 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 22-25 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-23 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 7-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 4-7 pts. wt. mica, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.6-2 pts. wt. pigment, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - A wear-resistant highly adhesive environment-friendly aqueous paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Wear-resistant highly adhesive environment-friendly aqueous paint is non-toxic and tasteless and has low heavy metal content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant highly adhesive environment-friendly aqueous paint comprises 55-58 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 22-25 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-23 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 7-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 4-7 pts. wt. mica, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.6-2 pts. wt. pigment, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil, and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water in which modified graphene is prepared by adding 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 20-25 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution, placing in water bath into 1st reaction vessel at 62-65 degrees C, uniformly mixing, performing 1st ultrasonic dispersion to obtain material A in which 1st ultrasonic dispersion time is 2-3 hours, frequency of 1st ultrasonic dispersion is 15-18 kHz, and 1st ultrasonic dispersion power is 800-1000 W, adding 1.2-1.6x 1014 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting pH to 6.8-7.1, curing for 1.1-1.4 hours, performing suction filtration, drying to obtain material B, adding 16-20 parts pts. wt. thionyl chloride and 8-11 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide into 2nd reaction vessel at 72-76 degrees C for 20-22 hours under nitrogen gas protection, distilling under vacuum state for 0.6-1 hour, curing for 1.1-1.4 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material C, adding 5-8 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine, placing into 3rd reaction vessel, performing 2nd ultrasonic dispersion for 3-5 hours in which frequency of 2nd ultrasonic dispersion is 55-58 kHz and 2nd ultrasonic dispersion power is 850-1100 W, increasing temperature to 105-112 degrees C for 3.2-4 hours, distilling under vacuum state for 0.5-1 hour, filtering, and drying in which sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution comprises 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid and 52-55 wt.% nitric acid and volume ratio of sulfuric acid:nitric acid is 4.1-4.4:1.2-1.5.
