NOVELTY - Conductive path controllable polymer fiber preparation device has injection molding device, hot drawing device, filler supply device, feeding device and scraper. The injection molding device is used to prepare polymer prefabricated rod (4). The polymer prefabricated rods are provided with axial grooves. The heat drawing device is configured to draw the polymer prefabricated rods into the fiber substrate (1). The filler supplying device is provided to supply conductive/heat conductive filler to the micro groove of the fiber substrates. The scraper is arranged downstream of the filler feeding device. The fiber substrate is set for applying pressure and shearing force to fill filler into the micro grooves of fiber substrate, and removing the excess filler on fiber substrate. The feeding device is used to drive fiber substrate to sequentially pass through the filler supply equipment and the scraper, so that the whole section micro-groove of the fiber substrate is filled with filler (2). USE - Conductive path controllable polymer fiber preparation device for preparing artificial muscle type flexible driver with heat/electric heating driving function for flexible electronic and soft robot. ADVANTAGE - The device is capable of preparing polymer fiber with controllable conduction path, accurately controlling the thickness of the heat conduction/conductive layer, and expanding the adjustable range of conduction performance.
