NOVELTY - Preparing variable gradient structure flexible gas gel, comprises (i) pouring the gas gel collagen liquid into mold for freezing and drying to obtain polymer-nanomaterial gas gel layer in which component of gas gel collagen liquid includes polymer matrix, two-dimensional nanomaterial and organic solvent, (ii) repeating the step (i), repeating the times ≥1 times to obtain multilayer integrated polymer-nanomaterial gas gel, content of polymer matrix and/or two-dimensional nanomaterial in gas gel collagen liquid for preparing each layer of gas gel is different, (iii) performing first annealing to multilayer integrated polymer-nanomaterial gas gel to obtain variable gradient flexible three-dimensional piezoelectric framework and (iv) ultrasonically dipping the variable gradient flexible three-dimensional piezoelectric framework in two-dimensional conductive material solution, performing the second annealing and drying to obtain final product. USE - The variable gradient structure flexible gas gel is useful for flexible pressure sensors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The variable gradient structure flexible gas gel utilizes flexible pressure sensors has high sensitivity, achieves gradient-sensitive detection for external stimuli of different pressures, simple fabrication process, convenient operation, light quality, no toxic substance, low production cost and provides a technical basis for manufacturing wear-resistant sensing device.
