NOVELTY - An inorganic coating comprises 10-25 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 5-20 pts. wt. silica sol, 3-10 pts. wt. organoalkoxysilane, 0.5-20 pts. wt. lower alcohol, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. pH adjuster, 10-20 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 1-10 pts. wt. hollow beads, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.2-20 pts. wt. rheological additive, 0.4-1 pt. wt. antifreeze agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. preservative, and remainder of deionized water. USE - Inorganic coating. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic coating has excellent toughness, water resistance, heat insulation property, reflectivity, emissivity, and quality, is manufactured by environmentally-friendly method by without adding polymer organic emulsion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the inorganic coating, which involves preparing sodium silicate silica sol mixture by adding sodium silicate to the silica sol, stirring in the dispersing machine at a speed of 100-1500 rpm for 10-30 minutes to obtain a sodium silicate silica sol mixture, (2) adding organoalkoxysilane to the deionized water, stirring in the disperser at a speed of 100-1500 rpm for 10-30 minutes, adding the pH adjuster and lower alcohol, continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain the silicone prepolymer solution, (3) pouring deionized water, film-forming aid, dispersant, wetting agent, defoamer, and preservative into a stirring vessel, and using a stirring paddle to shear and pre-disperse at a speed of 10-200 rpm, after stirring, adding rutile titanium dioxide, inorganic pigment, filler, and graphene are quickly dispersed at 300-1000 rpm for 20-60 minutes, reducing the speed of the stirring paddle to 200-500 rpm, adding hollow microspheres, and stirring for 5-20 minutes, when the fineness of the slurry is less than 40 mu m, to obtain filler slurry, (4) mixing sodium silicate silica sol mixture with the organic silicon prepolymer solution, shearing and pre-dispersing with a stirring blade for 5-15 minutes, and the rotation speed of 300-1500 rpm, adding the filler slurry, adhesion promoter, and antifreeze agent, and stirring at 200-500 rpm for 30 minutes or less, adjusting the speed of the stirring paddle to 50 rpm or less, when the pigment fineness is less than 40 mu m, adding the rheology additives and the remaining deionized water, and stirring after mixing for 5-20 minutes.
