NOVELTY - An anticorrosive paint composition comprises component A and component B. Component (A) containing 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. pigment, 30-50 pts. wt. filler, 5-15 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. additive and 10-30 pts. wt. solvent. Component (B) containing 60-80 pts. wt. polyamide and 20-40 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Anticorrosive paint composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process controls the dispersion of graphene during the preparation of anticorrosive paint. The synergistic effect of graphene and aluminum powder effectively improves the chemical resistance, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anti-corrosion coating, which involves preparing component (A) by adding epoxy resin, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, stirring at the rate of 2000-2500 rpm, dispersing to 1-2 hours, stirring at the rate of 2000-2500 rpm for 1-2 hours to obtain graphene dispersion system, adding the remaining epoxy resin, solvent, additives, pigment, and filler to a ball mill, grinding, dispersing with the fineness of less than 60 microns, discharging to obtain pigment slurry, adding graphene dispersion in pigment slurry and aluminum powder, stirring at the rate of 2000 rpm, dispersing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain component (A), adding polyamide and solvent in a dispersion tank to obtain component (B), mixing the obtained component (A) and component (B), and curing at room temperature for 7-15 days.
