▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene doped diselelenium molybdenum heterogeneous interface composite material preparation dissolving sodium molybdate dihydratein in deionized water, sonicating to obtain sodium molybdate solution. The selenium powder is dispersed into hydrazine in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.5:1 to obtain selenium powder hydrazine dispersion. The obtained selenium powder and hydrazine dispersion are added to the sodium molybdate solution to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is transferred to the reaction kettle at 180-220 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain reaction product. The absolute ethanol is transferred to centrifuge the reaction product to obtain the dried reaction product. The dried reaction product is annealed in an argon atmosphere at 580-620 degrees C to obtain the graphene doped composite material. USE - Method preparation graphene doped diselelenium molybdenum heterogeneous interface composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene doped diselelenium molybdenum heterogeneous interface composite material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner.
