NOVELTY - Graphene thin material preparation involves mixing graphene powder raw material with interface modifier and waxy material, and heating to form premix fluid. The waxy material is solid at normal temperature. The obtained premix fluid is accelerated by using fluid accelerator (1) to produce high speed movement. The accelerator makes the fluid flow in self-flowing liquid by heating or self-friction. The helical lobe angle and the shape of the spiral lobe edge shape make the fluid rapidly change the direction of the flow to produce high-speed rotating vortex. USE - Method for preparing graphite thin (claimed) for use in plastic rubber, conductive agent, thermal agent, battery materials and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene thin material in a simple and cost-effective manner with improved stability and long-term storage on large scale.
