NOVELTY - Active heat-leading and long-life anti-oxidation ablation structure of extreme environment-resistant carbon-based composite material, comprises a heat-conducting and bearing prefabricated body, composing a high heat-conducting/bearing prefabricated body structure and a thermal control element. The ceramic modified carbon-based composite material is obtained by introducing the multi-element high-entropy ceramic, and preparing anti-oxidant coating on the surface of the carbon-based composite material. The high heat-conducting/bearing prefabricated body structure is the carbon fiber structure woven by the middle-phase asphalt fiber and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. The multi-element high-entropy ceramic presents gradient or high-low expansion coefficient multi-layer alternate distribution structure in the composite material. USE - Active heat-leading and long-life anti-oxidation ablation structure of extreme environment-resistant carbon-based composite material for hypersonic aircraft thermal protection system.
