NOVELTY - Flame-retardant antistatic polyolefin, comprises 0-85 wt.% polyethylene, 0-75 wt.% polypropylene, 2-10 wt.% ethylene-octylene copolymer, 8-10 wt.% silicon-boron-phosphorus composite flame retardant, 1-6 wt.% composite antistatic agent, 0.2-1 wt.% lubricant and 0.2 wt.% other components. USE - The flame-retardant antistatic polyolefin is useful in pipelines and lines in underground coal mines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant antistatic polyolefin meets the comprehensive properties of the modified material, preferably physical, mechanical and antistatic properties of the pipeline used in underground coal mines. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame-retardant antistatic polyolefin, comprising (i) carrying out pretreatment of each component of the flame-retardant antistatic polyolefin, (ii) mixing pre-processed polyethylene or polypropylene with ethylene-octylene copolymer and then pre-blending in a plastic extruder to make ethylene-octylene copolymer and polyethylene or polypropylene mixed uniformly, and (iii) mixing and stirring the above-mentioned components, adding into a plastic extruder, blending, extruding, pelletizing, and drying to obtain final product.
