NOVELTY - Graphene film comprises 100 pts. wt. modified graphene, 250-450 pts. wt. solvent, 15-50 pts. wt. film forming agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.25-15 pts. wt. modifier and 3-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, where the thickness of the graphene film is 10-80 mu m. USE - The graphene film is useful in composite heat dissipation film (claimed) and radiating field of electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film: has large radiating area, high thermal conductivity, heat radiation rate, excellent flexibility, bending resistance, impact resistance and excellent machinability; and is not easily fall powder. The composite heat dissipation film: is directly contact with heat source, without adhesive; reduces thermal contact resistance; and has excellent heat-conducting performance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene film, comprising (i) adding graphene powder, carbon nano-tube, active agent, solvent and grinding ball in a mass ratio of 10-30:5:0.15-0.3:250:100 in a ball milling device, milling at a stirring rate of 1000-4000 revolutions/minute for 1-6 hours, discharging the obtained slurry and centrifuging at a rotating speed of 1500-2500 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, then collecting the supernatant liquid, freezing the upper layer liquid and drying to obtain modified graphene powder, (ii) orderly adding modified graphene, solvent, film forming agent, curing agent, modifier and auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 100:250-450:15-50:0.5-1.5:0.25-1:3-10 in a high speed mixer and stirring at a rotating speed of 1500-4000 revolutions/minute for 5-120 minutes, taking out the slurry, then centrifuging the slurry at a rotational speed of 1000-10000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes, and then collecting supernatant uniform slurry, and (iii) vacuum filtering the slurry, suction filtering hot solution to obtain aligned graphene film, where the temperature of the hot solution is 40-100 degrees C; and (2) composite heat dissipation film, where the composite heat dissipation film is ultrathin heat-conducting silica gel and aligned graphene film which are set from bottom to top respectively.
