NOVELTY - Non-labeled electrochemical immunosensor comprises a working electrode, reference electrode and counter electrode. The working electrode uses a graphene aerogel-molybdenum disulfide/gold nanoparticle composite material as a modified material, and a prostate specific antibody as a molecular recognition original. USE - The non-labeled electrochemical immunosensor is useful for detecting prostate specific antigen. ADVANTAGE - The immunosensor: has wide detection range, low detection limit, high sensitivity, simple operation, fast detection speed, linear detection range is 0.00001-50 ng/ml, and the lowest detection limit is 3 fg/ml. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing non-labeled electrochemical immunosensor comprising (1) preparing of graphene aerogel-molybdenum disulfide composite material/gold nanoparticle composite material, namely (GAs-MoS2/AuNPs) composite material, (2) preparing of non-labeled working electrode for detecting prostate specific antigen electrochemical immunosensor and (3) preparing the working curve of the non-labeled electrochemical immunosensor.
