NOVELTY - High-orientation stability polyimide film comprises 91-93 pts. wt. polymerized polyamic acid resin, 4-6 pts. wt. augmented material, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. non-conjugated diene, 0.5-1 pt. wt. dimethylacetamide solvent, 5-9 pts. wt. material A, and 3-5.5 pts. wt. stabilizing agent. USE - Used as high-orientation stability polyimide film. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide film has high orientation stability, high elasticity and high wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-orientation stability polyimide film comprising (a) adding graphene, silane coupling agent and dimethylacetamide solvent into pre-prepared reactor A, and stirring to obtain conductive mixture, (b) adding polybutadiene, benzodiene, artificial elastic fiber, non-conjugated diene, polyetherester elastic fiber, and polyolefin elastic fiber into pre-prepared reactor B, then continuously introducing hydrogen, and stirring for stabilizing the mixture, (c) taking out the mixture from reactor A, then sequentially adding polyamide solution and polymerized polyamic acid resin into reactor B, and stirring to obtain mixture A, (d) adding mixture A into defoaming kettle for performing defoaming operation to obtain mixture B, (e) adding mixture B into salivation machine for salivating to obtain mixture C, (f) adding mixture C into imine furnace for performing imidization treatment to obtain primary material, and (g) sequentially cutting the primary material, and winding through a slitting machine and winding machine.
