NOVELTY - A graphene composite nylon powder material contains nylon and graphene including powdered graphene with a diameter of less than or equal to 100 mu m and a thickness of less than or equal to 30 mu m. USE - Graphene composite nylon powder material is useful in three-dimensional printing applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite nylon powder material has excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene composite nylon powder material, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene in organic solvent (A) and then mixing, adding nylon, anti-sticking agent and organic solvent (B) to the mixture and then heating, reacting the mixture, and processing; and (2) use of graphene composite nylon powder material in three-dimensional printing applications.
