NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide/quantum dot (CdSeTe/ZnS/SiO2) nanocomposite, comprises dispersing the reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposites in poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride solution, ultrasonicating to obtain black solution, washing to obtain poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride modified reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposites, adding deionized water to form a solution; and mixing the reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposite complex solution with CdSeTe/ZnS/SiO2 quantum dot, oscillating, and allowing to stand. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide/CdSeTe/ZnS/SiO2 nanocomposite (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide/quantum dot (CdSeTe/ZnS/SiO2) nanocomposite, comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into ethylene glycol, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a homogeneous suspension of graphene oxide; (ii) adding ferric chloride into mixed solvent, and stirring to dissolve; (iii) adding sodium acetate into the mixed solution, and stirring to dissolve; (iv) adding the mixture into a polytetrafluoroethylene reaction kettle, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, washing the deionized water and ethanol three times, and vacuum drying, to obtain reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposites; (v) dispersing the resulting reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposites in poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride solution, ultrasonicating to obtain black solution, washing with deionized water three times, to obtain poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride modified reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposites, adding deionized water to form a solution; and (vi) mixing the reduced graphene oxide/iron oxide nanocomposite complex solution with CdSeTe/ZnS/SiO2 quantum dot, oscillating, and allowing to stand.
