NOVELTY - Graphene natural rubber polymer static control hybrid foaming material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. natural rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. 1R isoprene rubber, 12-18 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 14-17 pts. wt. carbon black for battery, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. graphene, 1.1-1.3 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. controlled static oil, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.95-1.15 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 2.3-2.8 pts. wt. flow agent, and 2.4-2.9 pts. wt. foaming agent, where the controlled static oil is fatty acid ester type antistatic agent, the graphene is a single-layer graphene prepared by chemical vapor deposition method, the thickness of the graphene is 2-12 nm, and the foaming agent is a mixture of azodicarbonamide and sodium bicarbonate. USE - Used as the graphene natural rubber polymer static control hybrid foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The foaming material: has strong antistatic ability, good static-control effect, high tensile strength, large elongation at break, good mechanical properties, and has good wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the hybrid foaming material comprising (a) adding the natural rubber into internal mixer, carrying out smelting at 144-148 degrees C for 12-14 minutes, storing the natural rubber at room temperature for more than 48 hours, and storing, (b) adding natural rubber, 1R isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, carbon black for batteries, graphene, silicone oil, controlled static oil, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, and stearic acid into a mixer for mixing at 82-87 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, smelting at 106-110 degrees C for 9-12 minutes, then adding cross-linking agent, flow agent and foaming agent, mixing the mixture at 118-121 degrees C for 9-11 minutes, and discharging the mixture to obtain a mixed rubber mixture, and (c) passing the mixer mixture to an open mill, thinning for 2-4 times on the open mill to obtain tablets, finally passing the open rubber mixture to a mold to be hot-pressed and foamed, cooling for forming, and then sampling.
