▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene microoptical annular resonant cavity, a medium rod, a graphite, micro-optical fiber and a micro-optical fiber. The micro-optical fiber comprises an input end, a waist region, a transition area and a cone end. A graphene medium rod is wound with the micro-optical fiber to form an annular resonant cavity. An electrode is plated for electric conduction at two ends of the grapheme medium rod. USE - Power flow sensor. ADVANTAGE - The power flow sensor is designed such that the micro-optical fiber exhibits large surface resistance, light effect and heat expand effect, thus improving sensitivity and repeatability of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for measuring power flow of a graphene microoptical annular resonant cavity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a power flow sensor.
