NOVELTY - The three-layer structure expanded end anchor rod system has an anchor rod structure (1) whose bottom end is used to insert the soil structure (9). A geopolymer column core (4) is arranged at the bottom end of the anchor structure, and is made of industrial solid waste. The solidified bonding interface layer (8) is adapted to the shape of the expanded end, and is bonded and fixed between the outer surface of the expanded concrete coating layer (5) and the soil structure. The geopolymer column core, the expanded concrete wrapping layer and the solidified bonding interface layer form the anchoring enlarged end of the bolt system. An anchor plate (7) is used to be arranged at the bottom end of the anchor rod structure, and anchor (2) is used for tensioning and locking the top end of the anchor rod structure. USE - Three-layer structure expanded end anchor rod system for foundation pit engineering, railway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, slope engineering, basement engineering, anti-floating engineering, tunnel engineering and mine tunnel engineering for building construction. ADVANTAGE - The three-layer structure expanding end anchor rod system improves the anchor bearing force and anti-pulling force, reduces the engineering cost, the anchor rod utilization is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has simple structure principle, simple pouring process, easy operation and high feasibility.
