NOVELTY - A packaging layer comprises a packaging layer (A) whose material includes a composite material composed of 0.2-1 wt.% graphene foam and a polymer matrix, a packaging layer (B) arranged on the packaging layer (A), and a silicon dioxide film arranged on the packaging layer (B). The surface of the silicon dioxide film is grafted with hexadecyltrimethoxysilane. The material of the packaging layer (B) is molybdenum disilicide. USE - The packaging layer is useful for preparing photoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The packaging layer improves water and oxygen barrier performance of the photoelectric device by using packaging layer (A), and adopts graphene foam, which high thermal conductivity, reduces the interface thermal resistance of the packaging layer (A) and improves the thermal conductivity of the packaging layer (A) to improve the stability and service life of photoelectric device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the packaging layer; (2) a photoelectric device, which comprises a bottom electrode, a top electrode, a light-emitting layer provided between the bottom electrode and the top electrode, and the packaging layer (A) provided on the top electrode; and (3) preparation of the photoelectric device.
