▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ternary tin dioxide/metal simple substance/graphene ternary composite material comprises tin dioxide nanoparticles with electrochemical activity and metal nanoparticles without electrochemical activity are in contact with each other; the metal nanoparticles are uniformly distributed and fixed on flexible conductive graphene sheet, and metal nanoparticles includes iron, nickel, copper, silver, palladium, and platinum. USE - The composite material is used as cathode material for lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has good electronic conductivity; can provide multi-dimensional electron transport channels for tin dioxide, enhances charge transfer kinetics, and makes tin dioxide have more reaction sites, alleviate volume expansion during charge and discharge process, suppress agglomeration of particles, and promotes reversibility of conversion reaction; and has excellent cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ternary tin dioxide/metal simple substance/graphene ternary composite material comprising using one-pot selective reduction process to prepare tin dioxide/metal simple substance/graphene ternary composite material, (1) preparing tin dioxide/metal simple substance/graphene ternary composite material precursor; and (2) calcining the product obtained in step (1) for certain period of time under the protection of inert atmosphere to further reduce graphene and increase crystallinity of composite nanoparticles to obtain tin dioxide/metal simple substance/ graphene ternary composite material.
